 When should I book my florist?

As wedding dates can book out quickly, we recommend booking your florist at least 6 Months in advance to avoid disappointment. It is not uncommon for us to have bookings 18 months in advance.

With Spring and Autumn being the busiest wedding seasons it is always best to book in early to avoid disapointnment.

What is the process in organising my flowers?

At Your Floral Indulgence we are pretty flexible, we welcome your enquiry via Phone, Facebook or Email. 

You may also phone us for more details or to schedule a time to come into our store for a bridal consultation, this can be particularly helpful if you would like help in selecting your flowers.

Once we have your wedding flower requirements noted we will put together a quote and send it to you.

How do I secure my booking with Your Floral Indulgence?

 Once you have received your quote and you wish to secure your date with us you will need to pay a 20% deposit. This can be paid using cash or eftpos in store, Paypal or bank transfer.

What if my quote comes back over my budget?

 At Your Floral Indulgence we offer excellent value for money with superior workmanship but occasionally it can happen that your quoted items may come in over your budget. If this happens please let us know as we will investigate other options like perhaps offering you a different style of centrepiece etc. that may work within your budget.

Do you offer delivery of bouquets and buttonholes?

We most certainly do! We recommend that you utilise us to deliver your bouquets and bridal party flowers to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. * Fees apply

What areas do you service?

 We service the Nepean area, Blue Mountains, the Hawkesbury, all areas of Sydney and anywhere inbetween. We also go as far afield as Wollongong, The Southern Highlands and The Hunter Valley for full wedding setups.

What flowers are in season on my wedding day?

Please keep in mind that as flowers are a natural wonder their availability is affected by many things such as the weather, importing schedules, etc. so this list should be used as a rough guide only. If you are still unsure, please ask!

Can changes be made to my wedding order once I have booked?

 Yes we accept changes to your wedding order up to 14 days before your big day. That's the beauty of securing your date by paying your deposit. You can rest easy knowing we are there for you but you have the flexibility to changes things like increase or decrease guest table numbers, adding extra arrangements or perhaps tweaking your colours after those bridesmaid dressing have been selected. We know how important your flowers are to your special day and we like to be as accomodating as we can. 

I don't know much about flowers, are you able to give advice on what flowers are available at the time of my wedding?

Absolutely! So you're getting married and you know you want to carry some flowers but don't really know where to start? Have you seen some photos of the internet and not really sure if they are available in Australia? It's probably best to phone or email us to schedule an appointment so our friendly and helpful staff can guide you through the selection process.

Do I need to have a consultation?

This is entirely up to you. We are a friendly team and we love to meet all our brides but it's not completely necessary. If you have photos and know what you want we are also happy to do your whole wedding flower process over the phone and email. This can work well if you are living out of the area or have a hectic work schedule.

Is there a consulation fee?

 There is no fee for your initial consultation, 1 followup consultation and your final consultation these are all part of our service 

A fee may be charged for repeated consultations and frequent changes to your file.

Do you provide flowers for my ceremony and reception?

Absolutely, we do it all! From your bridal party flowers to pew bows and urn arrangements, timber arbor hire with florals and all your reception flowers.

Do you deliver to and setup at my venue?

Yes we do. We can deliver your Ceremony and Reception items so they are all in place and ready for your arrival. * Fees apply

Do you pack down my hired items at the end of my reception?

Yes we do offer an after hours pack down service. * Fees apply

When do I need to pay for my flowers?

Your 20% deposit secures your date. You can pay your flowers off over time between your deposit date and your wedding date or you can pay your balance in full no later than 14 days before your wedding.
